Cleveland, OH (Best E Casino) - The Cleveland Indians on Tuesday signed right-handed pitcher Vinnie Chulk to a minor league free-agent deal with a non-roster invitation to spring training.

The 30-year-old hurler went 0-3 with a 4.83 earned run average in 27 games out of the bullpen for the San Francisco Giants before being sent down to Triple-A Fresno in late June for the remainder of the season.

Chulk has compiled a 7-14 record and 4.36 ERA in 244 games with the Blue Jays and Giants over six pro seasons.
