Baltimore, MD (Best E Casino) - Ravens safety Dawan Landry left Sunday's 28-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns late in the second quarter with a neck injury. With the hefty Jamal Lewis barreling downfield, Landry dove at the running back's left knee helmet-first. Upon impact, the third-year player immediately went to the ground and remained motionless for several minutes. He did not lose consciousness when being taken off the field on a stretcher with his neck immobilized. He was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma center for further testing, where it was revealed he suffered a spinal cord concussion but does have use of his extremities.
