"I think we are starting to play better," Hasselbeck said. "And it looks like some of the injured players might begin to practice, so there (are) positives all around."

"What was most important to me was that all facets of the game contributed," Seahawks head coach Mike Holmgren said. "It's good stuff, you get guys off the street and they contribute."
Seattle got the ball first and took it all the way down to the Rams' 10, but the drive stalled and Olindo Mare hit a 28-yard field goal for an early 3-0 lead.
Bulger fumbled on the Rams' third play and the Seahawks got the ball back on St. Louis' 24. They wasted no time, as Hasselbeck found Michael Bumpus for a 10-yard score with 6:44 left in the opening quarter.
On Seattle's next drive, Jones burst through for a 29-yard touchdown run to cap a seven-play 65-yard drive that took only 4:19, giving the Seahawks a 17-0 lead with 1:16 remaining in the first.
St. Louis took the ball early in the second on a muffed punt by Bumpus. Starting at Seattle's 23, the Rams couldn't muster a first down, settling for a Josh Brown 43-yard field goal to make it 17-3 just 1:34 into the quarter.
But Seattle kept pouring it on, as Duckett ran for a four-yard score to give the Seahawks points on their fourth consecutive drive, extending the lead to 21 with 8:39 left in the half.
The Rams put together their first red zone drive of the season late in the second but could not punch it in, settling for a Brown 29-yard field goal with 2:52 to go in the half.
Mare added a 38-yarder just prior to the end of the first half to make it 27-6.
St. Louis cut the deficit to 14 on its opening drive of the second half. On 2nd-and-6 from the Rams' 45, Jackson caught a short pass and dazzled his way 50 yards down the field while spinning off two defenders. After an offensive pass interference penalty pushed them back to the 21, Bulger found Dane Looker on 3rd-and-goal for a score with 9:07 to play in the third.
Seattle put the game out of reach with 8:39 left in the contest. The Seahawks ended the 86-yard, 15-play drive with eight straight rushes, running nine minutes off the clock and ending with a Duckett one-yard touchdown to make it 34-13.
