Final Score: (5) Missouri 42, Buffalo 21

Columbia, MO (Best E Casino) - Chase Daniel had two touchdown passes and broke two records as fifth-ranked Missouri earned a 42-21 win over the Buffalo Bulls at Faurot Field. Daniel went 36-for-43 with 439 yards while Derrick Washington added two scores on 18 carries for 89 yards for the Tigers (4-0). Daniel's eight-yard pass to Andrew Jones in the third quarter served as his 16th consecutive completion, breaking a school-record 15 consecutive completions previously held by Kent Kiefer against Texas- Christian University in 1990. His nine-yard pass to Maclin later in the third marked his 20th consecutive completion and set a new Big 12 record. The previous Big 12 record was 18 and set by Seneca Wallace of Iowa State in 2001 and again by Sam Bradford of Oklahoma in 2007. He fell three completions shy of the NCAA record of 23 in a row shared by Tennessee's Tee Martin (1998) and Cal's Aaron Rodgers (2004) when he and Maclin missed on a fourth-and-1 midway through the third quarter. Drew Willy went 22-for-40 for 237 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, while Ernest Jackson had four catches for 55 yards and two scores and also added a kickoff return for a touchdown for the Bulls (2-2), who failed to follow on last week's last- second win against Temple.

Auburn, AL (Best E Casino) - Jarrett Lee threw for 182 yards on 11-of-22 passing for two touchdowns and one interception, as sixth-ranked LSU pulled out a 26-21 win over No. 10 Auburn in a crucial SEC Western Division contest. Brandon LaFell caught four passes for 92 yards and the go-ahead score with 1:03 left in the game for LSU (3-0, 1-0 SEC). The game marked the 12th time in the past 19 games in this series that the outcome was decided by seven points or less. Chris Mitchell and Demetrius Byrd each had a touchdown catch while Charles Scott ran for 132 yards on 21 attempts for LSU. Quarterback Andrew Hatch completed 2-of-6 passes for 16 yards before leaving in the third quarter with a concussion. McCoy also rushed eight times for 83 yards and a score for the Longhorns (3-0). Quan Cosby added seven catches for 90 yards, and John Chiles rushed for 72 yards on 10 carries and a score for the Longhorns. Chase Clement completed 25-of-37 passes for 254 yards and a touchdown for Rice (2-2) which had to relocate to Nashville last week due to the impact of Hurricane Ike on the Houston area. Hilton had one catch, but made it count as it went for 61 yards. Bulls linebacker Brouce Mompremier hurt his neck in the third quarter trying to make a tackle and was airlifted to a local Miami hospital. He apparently collided with teammate Carlton Williams, and the game was stopped for 20 minutes as Mompremier, a senior starter for the Bulls, lay motionless on the field. Doctors believe the injury to be spinal cord-related, but the severity was not immediately clear. Before he was airlifted off the field, it appeared as though he was moving his arms slowly. Williams limped off the field with a leg injury a few minutes after the play.

Final Score: (13) Ohio State 28, Troy 10

Columbus, OH (Best E Casino) - Freshman Terrelle Pryor threw four touchdown passes in his first collegiate start to lead 13th-ranked Ohio State to a 28-10 victory over Troy at Ohio Stadium. Pryor, considered by many recruiting insiders to be the nation's No. 1 incoming prospect for this season, completed 10-of-16 passes for 139 yards and one interception to help the Buckeyes (3-1) rebound from last week's disappointing 35-3 loss to top- ranked Southern California. The highly-touted quarterback added 66 rushing yards on 14 carries in a highly-impressive performance. Brian Hartline hauled in two of Pryor's scoring strikes and Dan Herron, filling in again for an injured Chris Wells, added 94 rushing yards on 20 carries for Ohio State, which was given a test by the underdog Trojans before pulling away with a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns. Wells, the Buckeyes' star running back, sat out a third straight game after suffering a toe injury in the team's season-opening victory over Youngstown State. Troy's Jamie Hampton threw for 218 yards and a touchdown on 30-of-43 passing, but was intercepted twice by OSU safety Kurt Coleman. Temple starting quarterback Adam DiMichele injured his right shoulder on Temple's first series when defensive end Aaron Maybin unloaded a big hit on the signal-caller. His replacement, Chester Stewart, had a rough day with three interceptions on 16-of-30 passing for 116 yards while also taking six sacks.
