Winnipeg, MB (Best E Casino) - Avon Cobourne rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown, and Damon Duval kicked six field goals as Montreal routed Winnipeg 39-11.
Anthony Calvillo completed 25-of-35 passes for 290 yards and a touchdown for the Alouettes (4-3), who have won two straight games. Brian Bratton had five receptions for 70 yards and a score while Kerry Watkins had five catches for 64 yards.
Ryan Dinwiddie connected on 16-of-26 passes for 193 yards and an interception before being replaced for the struggling Blue Bombers (1-6). Kevin Glenn completed 8-of-12 passes for 80 yards and a TD.
Derick Armstrong had 11 receptions for 133 yards and a score and Charles Roberts had 11 rushes for 61 yards.
Montreal jumped in front thanks to a 33-yard Duval field goal with 10:28 left in the opening quarter.
Another Duval field goal -- this one a 42-yarder on the first play of the second quarter -- extended the Alouettes lead to 6-0.
Montreal kept the pressure on from there and extended its lead to 13-0 when Adrian McPherson plunged in from a yard out with just over 12 minutes left until the half.
The Blue Bombers finally found the scoreboard with a single but Duval answered with a 52-yard field goal to make it a 16-1 game with 2:07 left in the second quarter.
Alexis Serna booted a 27-yard field goal with 10:20 left in the third quarter and Winnipeg trailed 16-4.
Just over three minutes later Duval answered again, booting his fourth field goal of the game, a 23-yarder.
Montreal continued to run away from there as Calvillo hooked up with Bratton for a 29-yard TD to put the Alouettes on top 26-4.
After yet another Duval field goal, the Bombers finally found the end zone when Glenn found Armstrong for a seven-yard score to make it 29-11 with a little over five minutes to go.
Duval's final field goal, a 20-yard chip shot with 2:08 left, and a one-yard TD run by Cobourne with under a minute to go accounted for the final margin.
