Pittsburgh, PA (Best E Casino) - Pittsburgh Pirates second baseman Freddy Sanchez left Sunday's 3-1 loss to the San Diego Padres in the top of the second inning due to back spasms. Sanchez was injured when he tried legging out a ground ball hit to second. He was replaced by Luis Rivas. The 30-year-old Sanchez is hitting .243 with seven home runs and 42 RBI in 98 games this season.
