(Best E Casino) - New head coach Scott Skiles will try and guide the
Milwaukee Bucks back from a dismal 26-56 record in the 2007-08 campaign. There is talent on the roster, and they should be able to add to their nucleus with the eighth overall pick in round one of the draft.
Sharp-shooting Michael Redd averaged a team-best 22.7 points in 72 games, while Andrew Bogut led the club in rebounding (9.8 rpg) and Maurice Williams, who was second on the team in scoring (17.2 ppg), dished out 6.3 assists per game. Bogut, Redd and Williams are the core, while Charlie Bell, Desmond Mason, Charlie Villanueva, Yi Jianlian, Ramon Sessions, who handed out 7.5 assists per game in 17 contests, and Bobby Simmons make up the supporting cast.
Yi posted 8.6 points and 5.2 rebounds in 66 games during his rookie campaign.
Milwaukee may look into trading some of its players during the offseason. Villanueva, who averaged 11.7 points and 6.1 rebounds in 76 games this past season, may be on the move, and Redd, who still has multiple years and is owed a lot of money on his current contract, may also be the subject of trade talk.
UCLA's Kevin Love, DeAndre Jordan of Texas A&M and Danilo Gallinari of Italy would all be solid picks for the Bucks, who should be looking to add another big man to the mix.
