Gainesville, FL (Best E Casino) - Chicago Bulls forward and former Florida Gators standout Joakim Noah accepted a deferred prosecution agreement for his arrest on Sunday and will have a six-month probation period along with a $200 fine. Noah was arrested early Sunday morning and found in possession of marijuana. Florida's attorney office in Gainesville told the Chicago Tribune the charges against Noah will be dropped if he pays the fine and doesn't have another incident during his probation period. Noah also has to pay $206 in traffic fines for citations he was issued for not wearing a seat belt and driving with a suspended license. The 23-year-old Noah was a first-round draft pick of the Bulls last year after leading the Gators to back-to-back national championships. He averaged 6.6 points and 5.6 rebounds in his rookie season with Chicago.
