Anaheim, CA (Best E Casino) - Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brad Penny missed his scheduled start against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on Sunday with stiffness in his right arm. Penny felt something in his last bullpen session and the Dodgers elected to skip his turn and pitch Derek Lowe on three days' rest. The team does not expect Penny to miss any more starts. The right-hander is 5-4 in the early going with a 5.09 earned run average, surrendering 15 runs on 19 hits over his last two starts, both losses. Lowe was touched for seven runs on ten hits and one walk in just five innings as the Angels took the 'Freeway Series' finale 10-2.
