Chicago, IL (Best E Casino) - Chicago Bears running back Cedric Benson was arrested Saturday night and charged with boating while intoxicated and resisting arrest near Austin, Texas, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The fourth-overall selection in the 2005 NFL Draft failed a sobriety "float test" and argued with authorities about taking a follow-up test and refusing to put on a life jacket, according to a sergeant with the Travis County Sheriff's office.
