(Best E Casino) - The Indiana Pacers are still alive for a playoff spot, but will need some help in order to clinch a berth. Tonight the Pacers will shoot for their fifth straight win with a showdown versus the Charlotte Bobcats at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Indiana is two games behind the Atlanta Hawks for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, with just three games left on the schedule. The Pacers hold the tiebreaker after winning the season series, while the Hawks will host the Boston Celtics tonight at Philips Arena. However, if Atlanta wins and Indiana loses, the Hawks will clinch a playoff spot.

The Pacers remained unbeaten over their last four games with Friday's 85-76 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wachovia Center, as Danny Granger scored 30 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the way.

Mike Dunleavy added 15 points and Troy Murphy finished with nine points and nine rebounds for Indiana, which won for the sixth time in the last seven games. Indiana, which is 20-19 at home this season, has won four in a row as the host.

Meanwhile, the Bobcats will resume a three-game road trip, and are 10-29 as the guest this season. They opened the trek with a 109-107 setback at New York on Wednesday, as Jason Richardson had 25 points and 10 rebounds in defeat.

Emeka Okafor had 24 points and eight boards, while Raymond Felton had 24 points, eight assists, and six boards for Charlotte, which saw its four-game road winning streak come to an end.

The Bobcats, who have lost four of six overall, will also visit the New Jersey Nets on the current road swing. Their last game of the season will be versus Philadelphia on April 16.

Charlotte and Indiana are playing the fourth and final matchup of the season this evening. The Bobcats are 2-1 so far in the season series, and have won five of the previous seven meetings.

Charlotte has lost five of the six all-time meetings at Conseco Fieldhouse.
