New York, NY (Best E Casino) - Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price, New York Rangers forward Jaromir Jagr and Washington Capitals netminder Cristobal Huet have been named the NHL's 'Three Stars' for the final week of the regular season. Price garnered first star honors by posting a 3-0-0 record and a 0.67 goals- against average with one shutout as the Habs ascended to the top of the Eastern Conference standings. He recorded his third whitewash of the season, making 32 stops in a 3-0 win over Ottawa on April 1, then allowed a pair of goals over two wins against Buffalo and Toronto last Thursday and Saturday. For the season, the 20-year-old finished with a 24-12-3 record, 2.56 GAA and .920 save percentage in 41 games. Jagr earned the second star by leading all NHL players in scoring for the week, posting five goals and two assists in four games. Among the highlights for the veteran sniper were a two-goal performance in a win over the Islanders on April 3, and netting the game-tying goal in an eventual 3-2 shootout loss to the Devils on Sunday. Despite posting a career-low 25 goals, Jagr led the Rangers with 71 points in 82 games this year. He is one point away from 1,600 over his illustrious 17-year NHL career. Third star went to Huet, who keyed the Caps' season-ending surge of 11 wins in 12 games by going 3-0-0 with a 1.00 GAA during the week. The native of France bested the Hurricanes, Lightning and Panthers as Washington rode the hot streak to clinch the Southeast Division title. After coming over from Montreal at the trade deadline, Huet went 11-2-0 with a 1.63 GAA, a pair of shutouts and a .936 save percentage.
