Regina, SK (Best E Casino) - The Saskatchewan Roughriders re-signed wide receiver Matt Dominguez to a two-year deal plus an option contract.

The 29-year old Dominguez was leading the CFL in receiving last season with 45 catches for 761 yards and five touchdowns before a knee injury sidelined him for the season.

"Matt is a special player, a legitimate difference maker, and he has a remarkable connection with our fan base and province," said general manger Eric Tillman. "Across the Rider Nation, this signing will justifiably be viewed as tremendous news."

In five seasons with the Riders, Dominguez has recorded 231 receptions for 3,474 yards and 18 touchdowns.
