Los Angeles Clippers conclude a seven-game road trip, as they visit the
Milwaukee Bucks tonight at the Bradley Center.
Los Angeles is 2-4 on the swing. On Saturday, Louis Williams scored 18 points off the bench to lead the Philadelphia 76ers past the Clippers, 101-80, at the Wachovia Center.
Corey Maggette ended with 26 points for the Clippers, who have dropped seven of their last 10 games overall. Cuttino Mobley added 19 points, while rookie Al Thornton collected 18 points and 10 rebounds in defeat.
The Clippers, who are 7-17 on the road this season, return home to host the Washington Wizards on Wednesday at the Staples Center.
Milwaukee has dropped two in a row and plays the second of a four-game homestand on Monday. Jamal Crawford poured in 30 points and Malik Rose made the go-ahead basket and the eventual game-winner as the New York Knicks erased a 17-point deficit in the second half to edge the Bucks, 99-98, on Saturday at the Bradley Center.
Charlie Villanueva scored 21 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for the Bucks, who have dropped five of their last six games overall. Michael Redd also scored 21 in the loss, while Charlie Bell had 17 points and seven assists for Milwaukee.
Guard Maurice Williams (flu-like symptoms) is questionable for Milwaukee tonight. Williams is averaging 17.3 points and a team-best 6.6 assists this season.
The Bucks are 13-9 at home this season. They will host Chris Paul and the New Orleans Hornets on Wednesday at the Bradley Center.
This is the second and final meeting of the campaign between the squads. On December 4th, Redd scored 25 points and pulled down eight rebounds as Milwaukee roared back to defeat the Clippers, 87-78, at the Staples Center.
The Clippers have won two straight and three of their last four at Milwaukee.
