Minneapolis, MN (Best E Casino) - Andrea Bargnani scored 16 points and Jose Calderon had 15 points and 10 assists as the Toronto Raptors beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 105-82 at the Target Center.

Chris Bosh added 14 points, and T.J. Ford contributed 13 assists to go along with seven points for the Raptors, who have won two of three. Jason Kapono donated 12 points and Anthony Parker 10 for Toronto, which shot 50.6.

"T.J. (Ford) had a big night," said Toronto coach Sam Mitchell. "I thought he passed the ball really well. We did much better at the point guard. In the first half we didn't move the ball as well as we could have, and we have a hard time making shots when we don't pass the ball."

Al Jefferson had 18 points and nine rebounds for the Timberwolves, who have dropped three straight. Marko Jaric added 11 points for Minnesota, which finished with just 18 total assists.

"This effort wasn't what this team has been about," said Minnesota coach Randy Wittman. "This was the most selfish effort in a while. We had no concentration on the defensive end. I didn't see this coming. I thought we would respond from a tough loss like the other night. We didn't have the concentration we needed right from the start."

Toronto led 29-25 after the opening 12 minutes. In the second quarter a Rasho Nesterovic jumper with 6:51 left gave the Raptors a 41-30 lead.

Minnesota fought back though and a Randy Foye pullup jumper capped an 8-0 run, pulling the Timberwolves within 41-38 with 4:07 to go in the second quarter.

The Raptors led 51-47 at the half.

Toronto started to pull away in the third quarter, outscoring Minnesota 26-14 for a 77-61 lead heading into the fourth frame.

Minnesota never threatened in the final quarter.

Game Notes

Minnesota shot 41 percent...The Timberwolves were just 3-of-14 from three- point range...Toronto has won seven in a row in the series. The Raptors have captured four straight at Minnesota...Attendance was 13,785.
