(Best E Casino) - The Columbus Blue Jackets seek their fifth straight win at home against the Los Angeles Kings tonight, as the two clubs face off at Nationwide Arena.

Columbus played its second straight game on Friday without goaltender Pascal Leclaire, who didn't travel with the team after suffering a sprained neck in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss against Washington.

Fredrik Norrena has started in his place and made 26 saves in Thursday's win over Phoenix before yielding two goals on 22 shots the following night in a 2-1 overtime setback versus San Jose.

In the extra session, Columbus' Dan Fritsche was called for hooking and San Jose cashed in on the power play when Joe Thornton snapped a wrister from the middle of the right circle off the far post and in 1:49 into overtime.

Jason Chimera scored in his third straight game, and he has scored in his two tests since signing a four-year extension with Columbus on Wednesday. However, his 11th tally of the season was not enough to keep the Blue Jackets from losing for the fifth time in six games.

Columbus is going for the series sweep of Los Angeles tonight, as it has taken the first three matchups this year by a 10-5 margin. Norrena was actually in net for two of those wins, allowing a total of four goals. He is 3-2-0 in five games lifetime against them with a 2.37 GAA.

Leclaire, meanwhile, gave up one goal in his win over LA this year, and is 2-0-0 in two career starts against them.

The Kings have lost four straight and eight of their last nine in Columbus.

The Blue Jackets play the first of back-to-back home games tonight, and the club has lost three in a row at Nationwide Arena and is 16-8-5 there this season.

The Kings continue a season-long eight-game road trip tonight and had a two- game win streak broken on Saturday. Los Angeles failed to carry over the momentum of a third-period rally to beat Detroit on Thursday, losing to Pittsburgh, 4-2.

Derek Armstrong and Brian Boyle both lit the lamp for the Kings, who are 3-2-1 so far on the trek that concludes in St. Louis on Tuesday. Jason LaBarbera made 32 saves in the loss.

LaBarbera has been in net for each of the Kings' six games on this swing, posting a 3.15 GAA. He has been hit with the loss in all three games versus Columbus this year and is 1-3-0 in five games (three starts) lifetime against them despite a 1.94 GAA.

Los Angeles has the fewest points in the league with 49 and is 11-15-2 on the road this season.
