(Best E Casino) - The Indiana Pacers will shoot for back-to-back wins for the first time since mid-December when they open a short two-game homestand tonight versus the Portland Trail Blazers at Conseco Fieldhouse. Indiana hasn't won consecutive games since a three-game winning streak from December 15 - 19. It ended a seven-game losing streak with a 103-100 victory over the New York Knicks on Wednesday at Madison Square Garden. Kareem Rush scored 24 points and grabbed seven rebounds off the bench to lead the Pacers, who will also host the Boston Celtics. Mike Dunleavy scored 17 points, dished out nine assists and grabbed seven rebounds for the Pacers. Danny Granger scored 16 points, while Troy Murphy added 15 points and seven rebounds in a winning cause. The Pacers have lost five straight at home and are 9-14 at Conseco Fieldhouse this season. In injury news for Indiana, point guard Jamaal Tinsley (knee) is questionable for Saturday's game against Portland. Portland will resume a four-game road trip tonight and is 8-15 as the visitor this season. It has alternated wins and losses over the last seven games and opened the road trip with Friday's 91-82 setback against the Detroit Pistons at The Palace of Auburn Hills. LaMarcus Aldridge posted a game-high 22 points for the Blazers, but Jarret Jack was the only other Portland player to reach double figures with 10 points. Portland played without star guard Brandon Roy, who missed the contest for personal reasons. Roy is expected to miss tonight's game. The Blazers have lost three of their last five contests, and will also visit Houston and Dallas on the current swing. Friday's game is the second and final meeting of the season between Portland and Indiana. The Pacers posted a 95-89 win on November 28 at the Rose Garden and have won eight straight after losing the last four meetings. Portland has lost four straight and five of its last six at the Pacers.
