(Best E Casino) - The San Antonio Spurs will resume a nine-game road trip this evening, when they take on the Washington Wizards at the Verizon Center.

The Spurs opened the trip with back-to-back losses, but have rebounded with consecutive wins, including a 116-89 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday at Conseco Fieldhouse. Tim Duncan had 19 points and 15 rebounds to help the Spurs to a 10-11 road mark this season.

Jacque Vaughn added 16 points, Manu Ginobili 15 and Bruce Bowen 14 for the Spurs, who have won two in row since a three-game losing streak. Recently acquired guard Damon Stoudamire scored 11 points in his Spurs debut.

San Antonio will also visit New York, Boston, Toronto and Cleveland on the current trek.

Washington will try to halt a four-game losing streak when it welcome the Spurs to the Verizon Center. In Tuesday's 101-96 setback to the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wachovia Center, DeShawn Stevenson scored 19 points to pace Washington, which is in the midst of a four-game losing skid for the first time since opening the season with five consecutive losses.

Brendan Haywood bucketed 18 points and hauled in eight rebounds, while Antawn Jamison finished with 16 points and 14 boards. The Wizards have dropped two in a row as the host and are 15-10 in D.C. this season.

Wednesday's game between the Spurs and Wizards is the second and final meeting of the regular season. San Antonio notched a 109-94 victory on November 28 at the AT&T Center, as Tony Parker fell just shy of a triple-double with 29 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds.

San Antonio has won four straight after losing the last two meetings with the Wizards. The Spurs, though, have lost three of five games at Washington.
