The 23-year-old Roy leads the Trail Blazers in scoring (19.4 ppg) and assists (5.6 apg), while forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who is second on the team in scoring (17.2 ppg), is averaging a team-high 7.4 rebounds per game.
Roy, who has logged at least 37 minutes in his last seven outings, has scored in double-digits in nine straight games, and is averaging 22.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists during the stretch. The Washington product, who has collected four double-doubles this season, is shooting 46.0 percent from the field, including 34.1 percent from beyond the arc.
Portland is 13-3 when it scores at more than 100 points this season. The Trail Blazers are 6-11 when their opponent reaches the century mark.
The Cleveland Cavaliers play the middle contest of a three-game road trip when they visit the Trail Blazers on Wednesday at the Rose Garden. It is the first of two meetings between the clubs this season. Cleveland is scheduled to host the Trail Blazers on March 10th at Quicken Loans Arena.
The teams have split the last four contests in the series. Cleveland has dropped two in a row and seven of its last eight games at Portland.
The Trail Blazers play the third of a six-game homestand tonight. Roy scored 24 points -- 11 in the fourth quarter -- and buried the game-winning free throw with 2.3 seconds left. Portland rallied from 19 points down early in the second half to edge the Atlanta Hawks, 94-93, at the Rose Garden.
Aldridge scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds in the win for Portland. Travis Outlaw scored 15 points and Channing Frye added 14 and six rebounds.
Portland is 18-4 at home this season. The Trail Blazers will also host New York, Denver and Chicago on the current stand.
