Golden State Warriors conclude their four-game road trip against the
Milwaukee Bucks tonight at the Bradley Center.
Golden State is 2-1 on the swing. On Friday, Baron Davis tied a career-high with 40 points, as the Warriors defeated the Chicago Bulls, 119-111, at the United Center.
Stephen Jackson poured in 24 points and dished out eight assists for the Warriors, who have won four of their last five contests overall. Monta Ellis contributed 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds.
Golden State returns home for a three-game stand after tonight's contest. The Warriors will host Minnesota, New Jersey and New York on the upcoming homestand.
Milwaukee finishes a two-game homestand. Andrew Bogut recorded his 17th double-double of the season and his third straight, as the Bucks beat the Atlanta Hawks, 87-80, on Wednesday at the Bradley Center. Bogut had 21 points and 10 rebounds, as the Bucks snapped a three-game losing streak.
Michael Redd scored 17 in the victory, while rookie Yi Jianlian contributed 16 points and nine rebounds. Charlie Villanueva chipped in 10 points and nine rebounds, while Royal Ivey had nine points to match his nine assists.
Ivey started in place of Maurice Williams, who came down with flu-like symptoms Tuesday evening. Williams, who is averaging 16.9 points and a team- best 6.8 assists per game, is questionable for tonight's contest.
The Bucks are 11-5 at home this season. They will visit Chris Paul and the Hornets on Monday at New Orleans Arena.
The is the second and final meeting of the campaign between the clubs. On December 5th, Davis finished with 20 points and nine assists to lead Golden State to a convincing 120-90 rout of the Bucks at ORACLE Arena.
Golden State has lost five of seven and 10 of its last 13 at Milwaukee.
