(Best E Casino) - The New York Knicks will resume a four-game homestand this evening versus the Toronto Raptors at Madison Square Garden.

New York suffered a 101-92 loss to the Houston Rockets in the opener of the stand on Wednesday. Jamal Crawford had 21 points to lead the Knicks, who failed to win consecutive games for the first time since capturing a season-high-tying two straight from November 24-26.

Nate Robinson had 16 points and Stephon Marbury tallied 15 points and six assists, as New York lost for the eighth time in nine games. The Knicks have also lost four straight at home and fell to 7-12 as the host in 2007-08.

New York head coach Isiah Thomas was ejected early in the fourth quarter for making contact with official Eric Lewis. Thomas was upset by a no-call, and while play was still going on, he walked onto the court and appeared to inadvertently make contact with Lewis before his ejection.

The Knicks will also host Detroit and Washington on the homestand. On the injury front for New York, forward Renaldo Balkman (flu-like symptoms) and center Jerome James (foot) are questionable for Friday's game.

Toronto ended a two-game losing streak with Wednesday's 109-96 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers in the finale of a three-game homestand at Air Canada Centre.

Anthony Parker scored 22 points and Chris Bosh added 21 for the Raptors, who will work on their 9-9 road mark on Friday night. Jose Calderon had 17 points and nine assists, while Carlos Delfino came off the bench to score 12 in a winning effort.

The Raptors went 3-1 against the Knicks last season and have won four of five and eight of the last 10 meetings.

Toronto has also won three of its last five trips to the Big Apple.
