(Best E Casino) - The Washington Wizards aim for their sixth straight win when they take on the Charlotte Bobcats this evening down south. Washington opened the 2007-08 campaign with five straight losses, but has rebounded in a big way. The Wizards posted their fifth straight win with Tuesday's 116-101 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers at the Verizon Center. Andray Blatche scored a career-high 26 points and pulled down eight rebounds to lead the way. Washington played without star guard Gilbert Arenas, who missed his second consecutive game with swelling and soreness in his surgically repaired left knee. Arenas is questionable for tonight. Antawn Jamison and DeShawn Stevenson added 19 points apiece in the win for the Wizards, while Antonio Daniels chipped in 15 points. In more injury news for the Wizards, center Brendan Haywood is questionable with an ankle injury. Meanwhile, the Bobcats have won two in a row and three of four, including Monday's 101-92 triumph over the Portland Trail Blazers in the second contest of a three-game homestand. Gerald Wallace scored 27 points and Jason Richardson added 24 points, scoring 20 in the second half, to lead the way at Charlotte Bobcats Arena. Raymond Felton recorded 24 points and 10 assists for Charlotte, which has won back-to-back games for the first time since opening the season with consecutive victories. Emeka Okafor also recorded a double-double with 12 points and 12 boards in the win. Washington and Charlotte split four meetings last season, but the Wizards have won nine of the 12 overall matchups.
