(Best E Casino) - The Miami Heat will try for back-to-back wins for the first time this season when they welcome the Atlanta Hawks tonight to AmericanAirlines Arena.

Miami is off to a horrid 2-8 start, but ended a three-game losing streak with Saturday's 91-87 win over the New Jersey Nets at the Izod Center. In just his third game back from offseason shoulder and knee surgery, Heat star Dwyane Wade scored 23 points, dished out nine assists and grabbed six rebounds to lead Miami at the Meadowlands.

Shaquille O'Neal had 18 points and Anfernee Hardaway had a season-high 16 points for the Heat, who won for just the second time in 10 games this season. In injury news for Miami, guard Smush Parker (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Atlanta.

Meanwhile, the Hawks have lost three in a row and will open a three-game homestand this evening.

In Tuesday's 95-83 setback to the San Antonio Spurs at Philips Arena, Joe Johnson scored 20 points and Marvin Williams added 16 for the injury-riddled Hawks, who have lost six of their last seven games.

Atlanta will also host Minnesota and Chicago on the homestand. In injury news for the Hawks, guards Tyronn Lue (groin) and Salim Stoudamire (ankle) and center Lorenzen Wright (foot/hamstring) are questionable for Wednesday. Rookie guard Acie Law (ankle) is expected to miss tonight's game.

Miami went 4-0 against Atlanta last season and has won 14 of the last 15 meetings.

The Hawks have lost 11 straight and 20 of their last 21 trips to South Beach.
