Orlando, FL (Best E Casino) - Rashard Lewis dominated his former team with 22 points and six rebounds, as Orlando kept Seattle winless with a 103-76 victory at Amway Arena.

Lewis, in his first game against Seattle since the sign-and-trade deal during the offseason, was on the victorious side of this bout with the help of Keith Bogans, Hedo Turkoglu and an overall balanced attack. Bogans scored 16 points with five three-pointers, Turkoglu added 17 points and Dwight Howard filled the stat sheet with 13 points and 12 rebounds.

"The main thing was that we wanted to win the game more than anything," said Lewis. "I didn't want to lose to a team I used to play for over the past nine years. But we got the 'W' and that's the most important part."

The Magic won their fifth game in six contests, while Seattle continued its worst start in franchise history. The SuperSonics fell to 0-7 for the first time with their last 0-6 start occurring during the 1969-1970 season.

"We have to find a way to be more positive," said Seattle head coach P.J. Carlesimo. "Some of the younger guys need to learn that if you don't bring it every night in this league then it (a loss) can happen any time."

Nick Collison led Seattle with 15 points and rookie Jeff Green scored all 12 of his points in the first half. Kevin Durant struggled to a 10-point night on 4-of-13 shooting in the team's initial contest on a five-game road trip.

The SuperSonics opened a quick 8-1 edge by attacking the basket and using Durant and Damien Wilkins' athleticism in the lane. However, after Wilkins' driving layup gave Seattle the seven-point edge, Orlando's defense tightened up and its offense started to hit open shots.

The Magic outscored Seattle 27-6 over the final 8:42, as Seattle went a five- minute stretch without a field goal and Orlando reeled off 16 of the quarter's final 18 points.

Orlando maintained its double-digit lead, 49-36, at the half despite a one- point first half from Howard. The double-double machine did grab five rebounds for Orlando, which was paced by Lewis' 18-point output. Green led Seattle in the first 24 minutes with 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting.

The game continued its natural flow out of intermission, as Orlando continued to dominate at both ends of the floor. An 8-0 stretch capped by Bogans' three- pointer pushed the lead to 71-48 midway through the stanza. Another Bogans three -- his third in a three-minute stretch -- with 2:17 to play made the score 80-54, and Orlando led 85-56 after three quarters.

The Magic cruised to victory from there.
