Caldwell, 28, was a second round pick of the San Diego Chargers in 2002, and played four seasons with the squad before playing his best season with New England in 2006. That year, he recorded career-highs of 61 catches, 760 yards and four touchdowns. In 2007, Caldwell played eight games for the Washington Redskins, notching 15 catches for 141 yards. He will likely be the third receiver behind Torry Holt and Drew Bennett in the Rams' depth chart. |

Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. A 10-year veteran, Fabini joined the Redskins in March 2007 and started 13 games at right guard after Randy Thomas and Jon Jansen went down with injuries early in the season. | Ashburn, VA (Best E Casino) - The Washington Redskins have agreed to terms on a new contract with punter Derrick Frost. Frost completed his third season as the Redskins' punter, and also served as the team's holder on field goal attempts. He produced a 41-yard punting average last season, which ranked the righty 18th in the league. Frost's 36.4 net yard average was 21st in the NFL. He placed 23 punts inside the 20-yard line and produced a career-long of 64 yards against the Dolphins in Week 1. |
