| Vancouver, BC (Best E Casino) - Vancouver Canucks center Brendan Morrison underwent wrist surgery Monday and is expected to be sidelined for at least a couple of months. Morrison will likely wear a cast on his wrist for the next six weeks. In 30 games this season, Morrison has registered eight goals and 12 assists for 20 points with 14 penalty minutes. Morrison's ironman streak came to and end last week at 542 games, which had been the longest active run in the NHL. |
