TORONTO (AP) -The Toronto Maple Leafs signed forward Alex Steen to a $3.4-million, two-year contract extension. Steen, who turns 24 next week, had 10 goals and 16 assists entering Saturday night's game against Atlanta. He was Toronto's first choice, 24th overall, in the 2002 entry draft.
