| Toronto, Ontario (Best E Casino) - The National Hockey League has suspended defensemen Wade Belak of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Todd Simpson of the Phoenix Coyotes. Belak was handed a two-game suspension, without pay, for elbowing Washington's Brendan Witt in the head in Tuesday night's 5-4 victory over the Capitals.
