| Jacksonville, FL (Best E Casino) - Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Bryan Smith will miss the 2010 season due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury. The team provided the information on its Twitter page, saying Smith slipped and will be sidelined. The 26-year-old Smith, a finalist for the national Buck Buchanan award in 2007, was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round in 2008. The McNeese State product played in six games for Jacksonville last season. |

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -Nate Allen is going to hear the names of Donovan McNabb and Brian Dawkins in his sleep. The Philadelphia Eagles used the 37th overall pick to select the South Florida defensive back in the second round of the NFL draft on Friday.
