SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) -Ron Artest missed the Sacramento Kings' game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night because of a chipped bone in his right elbow. Artest, who took part in the Kings' morning shootaround and attended the game in street clothes, is averaging 19.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.3 assists this season.
