The Redskins are battle-tested as can be - every opponent on their schedule except Miami and the New York Jets finished 7-9 or better - and their four-game, season-ending winning streak included road victories against the New York Giants and Minnesota. ``I wouldn't want to play us right now,'' defensive end Phillip Daniels said. ``To be honest with you, I |

The Kansas City Star reported the moves, just days after the Chiefs finished the 2007 season with an overtime loss to the New York Jets which completed a 4-12 season -- the franchise's worst since Marv Levy guided the team to the same record in 1978. Solari joined the team in 1997 as offensive line coach, and was eventually promoted to offensive coordinator in 2006. However, the Chi |

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (AP) -Kerry Rhodes spent last offseason parlaying his success with the New York Jets into a few acting gigs. He's taking a break from the cameras this winter after the drama that played out on the field in 2007. ``I'm going to take some time off and enjoy my time away from this season,'' the playmaking safety said as he and his teammates cleaned out their lockers. ``The good thing now is that I'm not associated to a 4-12 team. Now we're 0-0. That's probably the best thing right now.'' |
