| ew York Islanders center Mike Sillinger is expected to miss approximately three weeks with a hip injury, it was announced Monday. The club did not indicate when Sillinger suffered the injury. The Isles last played in Saturday night's 4-1 loss to the Montreal Canadiens. Sillinger skated in 22 shifts and logged about 15 minutes of ice time in that contest.
