No further details of the deal were made available. Telfair, Portland's first-round pick (13th overall) in the 2004 draft, was acquired from Boston in the Kevin Garnett trade last summer. He became the starting guard with Minnesota last season when Randy Foye injured his knee in preseason and over 60 games he averaged 9.3 points and 5.9 assists per game. H |
