| Los Angeles, CA (Best E Casino) - Los Angeles Clippers forward Elton Brand underwent successful arthroscopic surgery Thursday to repair a minor cartilage tear in his right knee. The surgery was performed by Dr. Craig Morgan at Wilmington Hospital in Delaware. A timetable regarding Brand's return to action will be announced on Friday. Brand hyperextended the knee last month during the World Basketball Championships, resulting in a tear of the lateral meniscus. The 23-year-old Brand led the Clippers with 18.2 point |
