Vermeil had expressed concern on Thursday that Green might not be ready by Sunday. Services for Green's father, who died suddenly on Oct. 27, were Wednesday and Green did not get back until Thursday evening. ``He wants to play,'' Vermeil said. ``I trust him because I know how unselfish he is. | (Best E Casino) - A win for the Oakland Raiders on Sunday would kill several birds for the franchise with a single triumphant stone. First, the Silver and Black would have the pleasure of beating a hated AFC West rival, the Kansas City Chiefs. Next, Oakland would get back to .500 as the season's first half draws to a close, an impressive feat for a club that began the year in an 0-3 hole. Norv Turner and company could also emerge from its current sole residency of last place in the division, as a Raider triumph |

| (Best E Casino) - Just when you seem to have the Kansas City Chiefs figured out, they go and change on you. The team started the season with two straight wins. Those victories were highlighted by the play of a seemingly improved defense. However, the Denver Broncos and Philadelphia Eagles exposed that defense in the following weeks, as both teams put up 30-plus points in beating the Chiefs. Most recently, K.C. (4-3) was able to use outstanding play from running backs Priest Holmes and Larry Johnson to post cons |
