Battered Colts Welcome Chiefs to Indy NFL Football 11/16/2007
(Best E Casino) - Is it all slipping away for the Indianapolis Colts? Peyton Manning and the reigning Super Bowl Champions will be looking to prove otherwise on Sunday, as they welcome the similarly-reeling Kansas City Chiefs to the RCA Dome for a Week 11 showdown. The Colts have lost two straight games following their 7-0 start, dropping successive heartbreakers to the Patriots (24-20) and Chargers (23-21). In the latter contest, last Sunday night, Indianapolis nearly overcame Manning's career-worst six-interc

e're a really good team, right up there with the best and a Monday night game is a chance to show everybody." The Titans/Oilers own a 20-12-1 edge in the all-time regular season series with Denver, but suffered a 37-16 home loss when the teams last met on Christmas during the 2004 season. Denver is coming off a 27-11 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Rookie running back Selvin Young rushed for a career-high 109 yards and a touchdown. He better savor that moment with a hungry Tennessee defense soon coming to town.
Johnson to miss second straight start with foot injury NFL Football 11/13/2007

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -The swelling in Larry Johnson's injured right foot is subsiding, though not enough for the Kansas City Chiefs running back to play this week against the Indianapolis Colts.

Johnson, injured two weeks ago while being tackled from behind by Green Bay's A.J. Hawk, is scheduled to meet with a foot specialist on Monday. The team is still calling the injury a mid-foot sprain despite a report last week saying he had a broken foot.

The team ruled Johnson out for Sunday's game at Indianapolis

Edwards says Brodie Croyle will be his new starting QB NFL Football 11/12/2007

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -Damon Huard is out and Brodie Croyle is in as starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Coach Herm Edwards said Monday the strong-armed Croyle, who came in for a shaken-up Huard against Denver on Sunday, would start at Indianapolis this week as the Chiefs try to snap a two-game losing streak and revive one of the NFL's weakest offenses.

``You need a spark,'' Edwards said. ``We've been in some contests now where we haven't had the ability to score points. That's part of your jo

Denver's Cutler probable, Henry questionable NFL Football 11/09/2007
Englewood, CO (Best E Casino) - Denver Broncos quarterback Jay Cutler is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs because of a lower leg injury suffered last week. Cutler was diagnosed with a bruised left leg after being sacked in the second quarter of last Sunday's 44-7 loss to the Detroit Lions. He was removed from the game in favor of Patrick Ramsey, who would likely start if Cutler couldn't go. Cutler, though, has participated in full practice all week. For the season, he has comp
Injury Concerns Dominate Chiefs-Broncos Tilt NFL Football 11/09/2007
(Best E Casino) - The storyline in the hours and minutes leading up to Sunday's matchup of the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos will be less about who is playing, and more about who may not. Though once the longtime AFC West foes kick off, the mutual hatred between rivals figures to overshadow any star-studded absences. Kansas City running back Larry Johnson is highly unlikely to play due to what has been termed a mid-foot sprain, though various media outlets have speculated the injury could be of a more d

This past Sunday, the veteran continued his remarkable turnaround season, throwing for 360 yards and two touchdowns, including the go-ahead 60-yard score to Greg Jennings with 3:05 left in the game, to help the Packers beat the Kansas City Chiefs, 33-22, and improve to 7-1 on the year. "That was a heck of a football game," Green Bay head coach Mike McCarthy said following the victory. "I'm sure it was a great game to watch.
