Jags' Taylor remains questionable NFL Football 10/14/2005
Jacksonville, FL (Best E Casino) - Jacksonville Jaguars running back Fred Taylor missed practice for the second straight day and remains questionable for Sunday's game at Pittsburgh. Taylor rushed for 132 yards on 24 carries in Sunday's 23-20 win over the previously undefeated Cincinnati Bengals, but sprained his right ankle in the waning minutes of the game. Spicer offers reward in brother's shooting death NFL Football 10/14/2005

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Paul Spicer is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in his brother's shooting.

Spicer made the offer during a press conference Friday in Indianapolis, where he attended high school and where his brother, Coulter N. Hillman, was found slain.

``The reward is $20,000 of my own money - my own hard-earned money,'' Spicer said. ``My checkbook is right here. I'll sign it. I'll hand it to you personally.''

The 23-year-old Hillman was

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Jacksonville Jaguars running back Fred Taylor vowed to play Sunday against Pittsburgh, while the team said it will wait until game time to make a decision.

``I'm going to play,'' Taylor said after practice Friday. ``I was limited, but for the most part, I believe I'll make it and will play.''

Taylor practiced some Friday despite a sprained right ankle and is officially listed as questionable for the game Sunday against the Steelers.

``That's just something they put on paper becaus

Big Ben's Status Vs. Jags the Hot Topic in Pittsburgh NFL Football 10/13/2005
(Best E Casino) - Will he or won't he? That is the major question to be answered in Sunday's battle between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers, as Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger's status is in question due to injury. Roethlisberger, the 2004 NFL Rookie of the Year and the current league leader with a 123.8 passer rating, suffered a hyper-extended knee late in the Steelers' 24-22 win over the San Diego Chargers this past Monday. Roethlisberger was listed as doubtful on the mid-week injury
Three QBs, 2 RBs complicate Jaguars' planning for undecided Steelers NFL Football 10/13/2005

PITTSBURGH (AP) - Ben Roethlisberger, Tommy Maddox or Charlie Batch. Pick one of the above.

Willie Parker or Jerome Bettis. Pick one of the above.

Because of indecision and injuries in Pittsburgh, the Jacksonville Jaguars were forced to prepare for not one or two but three possible Steelers quarterbacks and two running backs for Sunday's game at Heinz Field.

It's an unusual situation, because salary cap concerns usually limit an NFL team to no more than two veteran quarterbacks and one primary running back
