CHICAGO (AP) -Chicago Bulls forward Luol Deng was inactive Wednesday night against the Indiana Pacers because of his recurring left Achilles' tendinitis. The condition has been bothering Deng, second on the team at 17.9 points per game, for nearly a month, and it caused him to miss three games before returning Jan. 13 at Atlanta.
