INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Cleveland Cavaliers guard Daniel Gibson sprained his left ankle in the third quarter of Wednesday's game against the Indiana Pacers and did not return. Indiana guard Travis Diener made contact with Gibson while both were diving for a loose ball. Gibson was helped off the court by teammates.
