| Denver, CO (Best E Casino) - Colorado Rockies right fielder Brad Hawpe was taken off the field on a cart in the sixth inning during Colorado's 12-7 victory over the San Diego Padres on Monday. Padres catcher Nick Hundley scooped a ball out of the dirt and fired a pickoff throw to second. Hundley's throw hit Hawpe in the side of the neck.
