| Denver, CO (Best E Casino) - Colorado Rockies pitcher Luis Vizcaino reportedly was arrested in Tampa, Florida, early Monday morning for driving under the influence. According to the Rocky Mountain News, Vizcaino was driving 71 mph when he was stopped by police. An officer noticed that the 34-year-old reliever had glassy eyes and smelled of alcohol.
