DENVER (AP) -The Colorado Avalanche recalled Michael Wall from the AHL on Monday to fill in for injured goalies Jose Theodore and Tyler Weiman. Weiman has been out with a foot injury, while Theodore missed Saturday's game against the St. Louis Blues with back spasms. Wall will suit up against Phoenix on Monday night.
