Strasburg, who hasn't pitched since May 31 due to a right lat strain, will start Sunday's game against the Cleveland Indians. The right-hander is 3-5 with a 2.54 ERA in 12 games this season. He has allowed one earned run or less in five consecutive starts. To make room on the roster for Strasburg, Washington optioned pitcher Xavier Cedeno to Triple-A Syracuse. |

Frazier batted .485 with 17 homers, 45 RBI and 56 runs scored in 32 games during his senior campaign at Loganville High School in Loganville, Georgia.
