| Phoenix, AZ (Best E Casino) - The Arizona Diamondbacks activated catcher Chris Snyder from the 15-day disabled list on Sunday, and he went 0-for-2 with an RBI in the club's 6-5 loss to the Dodgers. Snyder missed the last 14 games with a left testicular fracture. To make room for Snyder on the roster, the D'Backs optioned catcher Robby Hammock to Triple-A Tucson. Slaten suffered the injury in the 11th inning of Friday's 8-7 loss. The reliever gave up a leadoff homer to James Loney, left after pitching to the next two batters, and took the loss.
